In providing our service to you, we must collect personal information from you and this policy outlines how we treat your personal data after it has been collected by any of our channels which include our website, call center and any future digital services or channels as they evolve. We may collect all or some of the following information relating to you or other members of your party: names and contact/address details including telephone number and email address; credit/ debit card or other payment details (including card number, cardholder name, expiry date); special requirements such as those relating to any disability or medical condition which may affect the chosen arrangements; dietary restrictions (which may disclose your religious beliefs). You are responsible for ensuring that other members of your party are aware of the content of this Policy and consent to your acting on their behalf in all your dealings with us. Some of the information we collect (such as about health or religion) may be considered “sensitive personal data” under the Data Protection Act 1998. We collect it to cater to your needs or act in your interest, and we are only prepared to accept sensitive personal data from you on the condition that we have your positive consent. We will seek this consent when necessary.
On many of the pages of the site you will see 'social buttons'. These enable users to share or bookmark the web pages. In order to implement these buttons, and connect them to the relevant social networks and external sites, there are scripts from domains outside. You should be aware that these sites are likely to be collecting information about what you are doing all around the internet. So if you click on any of these buttons, these sites will be registering that action and may use that information. In some cases these sites will be registering the fact that you are visiting our site and the specific pages you are on, even if you don't click on the button if you are logged into their services, like Google and Facebook. EXTERNAL WEB SERVICES
We use a number of external web services mostly to display content within our web pages. As with the social buttons we cannot prevent these sites, or external domains, from collecting information on your usage of this embedded content. If you are not logged in to these external services then they will not know who you are but are likely to gather anonymous usage information e.g. number of views, plays, loads etc.
In order to process payments online we require the billing address for the credit card used and our external payment provider, Filipino Travel Center requires your credit card details.
OUR USE OF YOUR INFORMATION
We use personally identifiable information about you to improve our marketing and promotional efforts, to statistically analyze site usage, to improve our content and product offerings and to customize our site's content, layout, and services. We believe these uses allow us to improve our site and better tailor it to meet our users' needs. Out of respect for our users we offer an opt-out. We may use information we obtain from your current and past activities on the Site, to resolve any disputes, troubleshoot problems and enforce our Terms & Conditions. WHO MAY YOUR DATA BE DISCLOSED TO?
We disclose your data to our partners who will only use your data for the purposes of fulfilling your booking requests. We will not disclose your data to any other third parties except where it is necessary for the purposes of fulfilling any bookings, purchases or requests that you make on the website, and through our customer service team or as otherwise described in this policy. We may be required to disclose your information if required by any applicable law or regulation. We may also disclose your data to third parties and professional advisers acting on our behalf and who are obliged to keep that data confidential. All airlines are now obliged by law to disclose the flight and reservation data of all passengers flying through UK, Australian or United States airspace to the relevant government agency prior to arrival. Data is only used for security purposes.
